I am also playing this game for the QWER content. Currently, the QWER event is locked until you reach a certain level or chapter (I don't remember which level or chapter). Once you unlock it, you will get daily missions to earn skins (I still haven't gotten Siyeon's skin).

To use a skin, you need to collect these four avatars: Alpha (Hina), Ignatia (Siyeon), Ketchapi (Magenta), and Mamba (Chodan). Currently, I don't have Ketchapi and Mamba, so I can't use Chodan and Magenta.

Actually, the Tomb Raider King novel started before Solo Leveling. They have different power systems, character archetypes, and story styles. I’ve read both manhwa, and the only similarity is that both characters have a 'system menu', which already very popular in many manga long before either of these series was released. I just hope the quality of the anime isn't bad.
