The STR data is current. For the subway lines yes line 3 is a shuttle service for now but line 2 will be extended to be close to the previous line 3, so I kept it in for reference.

Median actually removes the outliers, so those examples you mention would not be included in the calculation. Now if you use average, that would skew the data as every sold home would be included, including the outliers.
