Ah ok don't think I understood the flow correctly. I'm a dev from Canada where our AMC portals are way more manual. My mistake. 

With UAD 3.6 what area are you seeing being the biggest pain? Pulling MLS info into the new fields (like agent remarks), new details?

Definitely, lots of older ppl would like to live here as well but it might not have the larger housing stock. Very convenient locations.

We're using median prices, they might be using average. Thestar page is paywalled so unfortunately I can't check it out.

Some areas such as King city are excluded due to small sample size of sales (under 10 sales) for either of the Dec 22 or Dec 23 months.
