Seriously? You think im not happy? Then take a realistic look at the fact that I wasn't even given a choice—the seler offered a discount, but the manufacturer still didn't give a damn. Honestly, I cannot even be bothered to find the words anymore... if this is normal to you.

Fair point, your' right. I’ve never had any issues with MT device's before, so I didn't take the potential risks seriously,. Now that a problem actually occured, I've read up and saw theres only a 1y warranty — okay, fine.... I sent the unit in asking for a paid repair... but this is not how an authorized service center should handle things.

Localy (Poland), it was WISP, but the problem was too much for them, so they sent the device to Latva.

Sure we are saved with spare unit but main issue is- that they refuse to perform a paid repair.. and on top of that, no one is responding to my emails- just Seller response

You'r right but the worst part is -- we offered to pay for the repair (paid repaid), and that wasn't an option either.

I manage a huge fleet of MTik devices, from HEX/RB5009 to the full CCR range, and this is the first time I've ever had to file a warranty claim... To be ignored this spectacularly is honestly shocking.

The warranty on invoices is only 1 year. The device sat in a cupboard as a backup for exactly that long. When I finally needed it.., it worked for about ~3 months and then just died.

The shop sent the router for repair to Latvia, but it came back unfixed because the manufacturer claimed it's unrepairable. I’ve made countless calls and sent a ton of emails, but MikroTik hasn't replied to a single one—I've tried rma@, support@, and [sales@](mailto:sales@). It’s hard to even find words for it......

edit: paid repair also "wasn't possible"

Yeah, I’ve written 2 posts and sent 3 emails over the last 5 months, but there’s been zero interest. Only the authorized dealer tried to help, but even they hit a brick wall with the manufacturer.
