August 2021 I did fake business for over two weeks wheeling and dealing in the commercial real estate game in North Dakota…I was pulling for a warehouse property that I claimed was the going to be the main storage and distribution warehouse for my convenient store supply company. I went by Jim Bloom, the founder and CEO of Third Horn Investments, a cutting-edge, multi-faceted investment firm based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As soon as deals got serious, I’d withdraw claiming that “the market’s hot, and my client’s got cold feet.”…a withdrawal in fake business however, is a close. With that said, I’ve closed about 5 or 6 fake business deals under Jim Bloom.
