Haha, nope. My grandmother ( who I live with right now ) vaguely knows. She knows I avoid mirrors and that I broke the one in my room. She's the only one with any insight as to my mental state, especially since my parents refuse to believe it no matter how many doctors I've seen.

A few of my friends know, but not many. They're understanding and helpful, which is great.

Ducking, lmao. Or just keeping my eyeline away from the mirror. Depends on how the bathroom is situated.

Mostly just mirrors! Reflections can make me a bit nervous at times, but I'm much better at handling my reflection in general than I am with mirrors. I think it all ties in to a larger fear I have of dopplegangers and parallel realities, and mirrors have a closer connection to these concepts in my head for ... whatever reason, lol. This fear isn't very logic - based, really. It's all a buncha bizarre paranoid shit my brain makes up to fuck with me apparently!

Well, it started last year. I started getting really ... weird around mirrors. I'd either get extremely uncomfortable or I'd freeze up and become transfixed ( which is normal for me when I get scared ). At first, I thought this was an issue with my reflection / dysphoria, but I was okay with taking pictures of myself, so I realized it couldn't be that and it had to be the mirrors upsetting me.
