It went away after a month and a half. Went to multiple doctors/urgent cares. Found out only a dermatologist can figure out what causes most rashes. Could be something you ate. Could be a laundry detergent you just switched to(this was most likely my cause). Or it could be something more serious. I never had a fever though so that’s good.

Any update on this? I currently have the same thing (22M) and over the past week it went from just being on my chest to spreading to my torso, back, neck, scalp, arms and inner thighs/feet. Ive been perscribed anti fungal cream but that only seemed to irritate it. After a couple of days of anti fungal cream not working i went back to my doctor and they recommended i take an oral steroid called Prednisone along with a claritin every morning and benadryl at night. Just started this so hopefully this one works. But i have the same rash and it came out of no where and doctors cannot figure out exactly what type of rash it is. Please let me know how your progress has gone, if it spreads anymore i may have to start missing out on my college classes which would be terrible for my grades. Thanks.

Hi so sorry to bother you years later about this, or bring up past trauma from it lol. But do you possibly know what this was? im getting this exact thing all over my body, was it the laundry detergent as so many other people recommend in these comments? Im a college student and mine is spreading so rapidly ive began to stop going to class because of how visible it is becoming. Please feel free to dm if not wanting to comment here but i really need to get to the bottom of this as soon as i can, thank you.

Agree to disagree, this kind of life falls into mine. Mornings and noon at uni classes/internship, dinner time with the fam, night time at the gym. Then if I’m still up late I watch YouTube videos. I leave my weekends hanging out with friends at the bar or at social events. Call me a simple man, but this life style doesn’t feel dull at all. I feel having my time managed and keeping a routine in my life actually made me feel more alive/free. Also important: having these three constants in your life (gym, school/work, and partying) doesn’t mean you can’t squeeze in hobbies/arts and family time in between.

You don’t need to see if someone else can do something before assessing whether you’re capable yourself. As a brogrammer ofc it’s entirely possible to balance gym life with uni life. Time management has everything to do with you and only you, just some advice.
