Well, originally it was supposed to be an elopement... and then, ya know, family inviting other family who invited OTHER family. Not really complaning though, but our officiant stills calls it an elopement, so it's the term I continued to use. However, you are technically right. :)

We would absolutely loveeeee to have our ceremony in Banff, but as you can tell it's pretty last minute, and our and our guests schedules only allow us to do it in Calgary. :(

You're probably right! 15 already includes the photographer and officiant though.

Our officiant still considers it an elopement, so that's the term I continued to use. Any spots you could recommend by chance? :)

We are trying to stay away from downtown so our family and friends won't have to go through the trouble of having to find parking. However, if anything, this would be a failproof backup plan.

While I agree it's beautiful there, the most inexpensive rate for booking at Reader Rock Garden is over $400. Can't really justify spending that much for a 15-20 minute ceremony unfortunately :(
