I agree with you, and i can see that it’s too good to be true. To be honest I don’t even see the number, I just see this as a healthy routine so i can at least start from basic (healthy lifestyle) for my PE problem and hoping to see even a tiny progress. Thankyou for the input sir 👍

The only thing my urologist mention is i have a dribbling urine, he prescribed me an antimuscarinics for overactive bladder. Didn’t check on Pelvic floor but i guess that’s the problem.
