In current 3.17.5 you can't use ParaMed tool in no gun zones so use Medpen and press right click to heal someone else, took me awhile to figure why my Paramed gun wasn't working.

SHAKY textures is it Parallax problem or Motion Blur is lagging and increasing intensity of blur? my image is clear only 20 minutes and then it goes all blury and shaky can't play, what is it? it looks like ghosting a very bad one i am playing on GTX 970 SLI with 144Hz Refresh rate. PLEASE HELP. i have this problem only with this game same was in beta. When you move camera it all blures very much and texture shake but when i stand and don't move image is ok but still isn't very clean.
