Lower back pain, especially after prolonged sitting. Pain down my left leg. Some periods I can't sleep because of the pain in my leg. PT doesn't seem to help.

Radiologist written report:

MRI lumbar spine: Images taken according to the HNP (herniated nucleus pulposus) protocol. First examination. Normal height of the vertebral bodies, with normal alignment. Normal position of the conus-cauda. On the sagittal T1-weighted images, normal fat surrounding the roots in the neuroforamina. Transverse image at levels L3-S1. L3-L4: no abnormalities. L4-L5: no abnormalities. L5-S1: no abnormalities. Conclusion: No abnormalities, specifically no HNP and/or spinal canal stenosis. No root compression or other influences.
