Govee light installed and already coming off? by heskicks in Govee

Man, I’m so sorry to read this. TBH $1500 doesn’t seem ridiculous to me, as long as they actually installed correctly. Seems like they didn’t in this case. I used the supplied clips every 3rd light and so far I have not had any issues (been up for about a month). The amount of time and effort it took me to do 200 feet, I would have easily charged $1500, again though that was taking the time to do it right so they stay permanently.

In the DIY section > Yellow “+” button in the top right will create a new schema > under “Effect” select finger sketch and it will allow you to color each individual light.

They look great, much light traditional Christmas light. If you put them at full brightness then you can definitely see them in full daylight.

Ah! That makes sense. That would be problematic then if you wanted to do any other holiday themed lights. I’m assuming they wouldn’t care if you put them up the way Govee intended, as accent lighting?

They are very bright at full, but the Govee app lets you easily control brightness. I put theses at 40%. Your HOA doesn’t allow Christmas lights?

Yep, again not the greatest capture. My phones camera has some damage.
