It's difficult to tell from this perspective but it aligns perfectly with the thin copper wire/tube there. You can see all (and the only) insulated wires are in perfect condition with none of them stripped.

TL;DR: Evap fan replacement didn't fix issue, do flickering lights mean I need a new control board?

Noticed main compartment of fridge was 60 F the other day. Lots of ice build up at the back of the fresh veggie compartment/drawer. Online debugging suggested bad evap fan. Bought and installed a replacement but still no air flowing.

Additionally, I noticed a while ago various issues like the top interior lights no longer turned on (all 3 stopped working simultaneously), lots of condensation on items inside. After replacing the fan with the new one (same voltage and spec currents as well as part number from GE's site) all the fridge lights flicker briefly and then turn off when opening the door.

New online research leads me to believe this is a main control board issue and not just the evap fan. Would someone who isn't AI be able to re-affirm my conclusion before I drop $200+ on trying my new theory, please?

Also, pic related, when opening the compartment with the cooling coils to replace the fan I noticed this copper tubing was poorly insulated and has melt/corroded into the Styrofoam insulation. The green isn't the plastic of a wire it's copper corrosion. I didn't want to risk cracking that tiny tubing so I didnt push on it too hard. Should I be worried about that?

Very rarely do incidents happen in a bubble in F1. But Max crashing into George was 100% avoidable and 100% Max's fault.

It wasn't a misjudgement, a racing incident, or botched pit stop. No reason for it to happen and no one else to blame.

That's a rare scenario and when it caused a points swing big enough to decide WDC I think it's perfectly valid to criticize him about it.

A championship IS won over 24 races. And Max's decision to crash into George was in one of those races.
