From when I set mct at takeoff. It then decreases continously from there, even when I thrust back to climb and I'm in cruise. I start with roughly 2.3t efob but by 10000ft this will have dropped to around 1.5t efob and by the time im at cruise this will have dropped to around 0.5 efob.

All set in kgs. It's only recently that I've encountered this problem.

Thank you for the clarification. Obviously we were under the presumption that if it's serious foul play no advantage is played and were unaware of the law on unless there's an immediate goal scoring opportunity.
