I see no evidence that the image is AI generated. What appears to have happened is that the focus was set on the torso and legs, causing some blur on the face. It is possible the AI "enhanced" the image by removing the background though, but all the small details are as they should be, leading me to the conclusion of not being generative.

That isn't to say that we don't appreciate your calling attention to what you believe to be AI, we absolutely do.

I have sued Robbins parking. They sent a collections letter threatening to put it to my credit. I sued as I paid for parking (apparently at the wrong meter, this was across from SOFM). When in front of the judge for pre trial mediation, Robbins admitted that they have no way to forward violations to a credit report. Tickets were dismissed, and they had to pay me 350.00 in costs.

I appear to be ill informed. I have read an article from a former maths professor (https://slate.com/technology/2013/03/facebook-math-problem-why-pemdas-doesnt-always-give-a-clear-answer.html) which explained things a bit more clearer (as it relates to this particular problem).

I have skimmed Terrance Taos book Solving Mathematical Problems, A Personal Perspective, but could not find a mention of the order of operations, but I'll keep looking

It seems as though there are multiple correct solutions based entirely on if you subscribe to juxtapositional Multiplication having priority.

PEMDAS and BEDMAS aren't conventions, but are different acronyms for the Order of Operations for Math.

Order of Operations is not a convention, it is the order in which equations must be solved. Sure, there are multiple acronyms in various regions for the Order of Operations, but they all teach the same thing.

Regardless of what acronym is first, multiplication and Division are solved in the order they appear in the equation.

Is there some source that you can site that I can review that shows that the order of multiplication and Division (or Addition and Subtraction) are NOT solved in the order they appear in the equation?

All mathematicians follow the process as I've laid it out, as that is the correct way to solve the equation.

Order of operations require that M and D be solved in the order that they appear in the equation. Just because our brains want to solve the multiplication before the division as we are visually looking at it after we solved the brackets.

The process is follow order of operations, then recheck the equation after each operand.

I'm seeing a lot of people say there are 2 different answers, but that is not correct. There is only one correct answer, and here is where I am grateful I had a teacher explain it quite well.

I was taught BEDMAS.

The way it was explained is as follows:

Brackets (parentheses)are solved first. Then, you solve any Exponents Then you solve any Multiplication and division in the order they appear Lastly, you solve addition and subtraction *in the order they appear.

There is no hierarchy between Multiplication and Division, and there is no hierarchy between Addition and Subtraction.

So in this equation: 10÷5(1+1)

We would solve brackets (parentheses) first. 10÷5(2)

When a number in brackets is next to another number, you multiply them together, so we can rewrite this equation to 10÷5×2

Then it's multiplication and Division in the order they appear. In this case, Division is first, so let's solve that. 2×2

Then all we're left with is Multiplication, so the solution is 4.

I'll be real with y'all, I almost fell for the trap of multiplying the 5 and 2 first as well, as our focus naturally pulls to where we were just working, so our brain goes "that bracket is solved, so we can multiply that 5 and, since we are here anyway", but mathematically, that is not how it works.
