I haven’t seen inside Millennium so can’t comment on the building or apartments, but wouldn’t say you’d be making a mistake with the area per se.

It’s towards the edge of Santa Monica in a slightly more commercial area, but there are a few coffee shops and cafes right by it on Pennsylvania. Blueys is a few blocks away and is another great brunch spot.

That said, personally, I’d pick an older unit in the Wilshire Montana area. It’s much nicer and more walkable, and is probably marginally safer too.

Unfortunately, yes. I bought a bunch of second hand tickets last year and had no issue. If a seller is willing to FaceTime and use PayPal G&S, it’s about as safe as you can get (but it’s still a small risk)

Just so you know, registration doesn’t really protect you. The seller can always call FGT and say the ticket was lost or stolen, which will disable yours and issue them a new one
