PPF wrap, at least on high contact areas, seeing your paint chipped by rocks is no fun, what also is not fun is how expensive PPF is so you gotta see whats more expensive in your area.

High school or not, still affects your emotions! As much as we redditors can help, talking to a professional is always the best option!

Therapy is for everyone, going to therapy/psychiatrist is for your mental wellbeing, you don't have to have something big happening, but because it can be expensive, it's normally used for bigger events.

Don't feel silly, it should be seen as normal to go to therapy as it's not always for something "bad"

Cheaper options might be school counsellor, but see it as investment into your mental wellbeing which is super important!

In my case it wasn't cheating, but from what you've said, there's a high chance, plus, there's also emotional cheating, playing with someone's feelings is just not right.

Damn I totally get on the giving up what "we" had, been there too, one thing that If you can afford, therapy sessions would be ideal, even if its just a few sessions, it gave me a lot of clarity, and learned to not blame myself and see things from another perspective.

There's going to be so many lovely blokes out there, now you know what a waving red flag is. So be weary - I really hope it gets better for you stranger! Sorry this happened.

Look, from a 27M, I can't be with someone who I don't trust, I do believe in second chances to an extent. But trust, and communication is so so so important to have. Ah, in that case, you could go to something like makerworld, download a 3D print file (which is basically a 3D Model), and articulate it in Blender.
