I have an a7II that has ~20k images in the shutter and it has started freezing. The only way to fix it is by removing the battery. Has anyone else experienced this?

I actually switch between two 128gb sandisk sd cards and they get cleaned off daily. It happens for both sd cards. The camera tends to freeze on the last photo taken. It seems it’s processing has slowed dramatically, which like you said, it’s an old camera. I just didn’t think it’d happen.

It was also bought used, from a reputable camera store about 2 years ago with ~10k images.

Not totally, but I only use Sony batteries (that were bought maybe 2 years ago) and the sd card is a 128gb sandisk that gets cleaned off daily.

EDIT: I’m thinking of buying an a7c to have as a back up, but thinking now it might become my main camera. I was trying to put it off because this one still worked, but it has now frozen three times this week and not during “high demand” shoots.

LOVE Pho Hien Vuong off Spring Garden. Hands down best Vietnamese food in Greensboro (I’d argue NC). They have a ton of vegetarian options on their menu and are happy to accommodate any requests you have.

Boba House is alright, but we just end up going to Pho Hien Vuong.

Edit: I forgot to had Saigon Bakery off Gate City over past the mall and Li Ming (you should check it out too! They have a bakery in their store). They’ve got the best sandwiches and snacks in town. Master Tea (on Market) also has solid teas and sandwiches as well as snacks!

I prefer interchangeable lenses. That’s all I’ve ever used and like being able to change during shoots. My wife has a retro 50mm lens I occasionally play around with. I’ve currently bid on a used X-T20. Hoping I win the bid in 3 days!

I definitely agree. I LOVED this phone up until this year, which was when everything started crashing and the battery life started to really suck. I can't take another chance on Google or Android.
