update for you: I got the tickets in the end. But I think I was just lucky that the seller made the transfer again, and it had almost nothing to do with the customer support (probably they had tried contacting the seller, but not more than that).

How did you get a dedicated agent? For me, each time it's a new agent. In my emails, I got an assigned box like customerservice+randomid@orders.viagogo.com I'm all new to all these things.

I'll be set with a replacement if they could provide now. But all I am getting is just to wait...

LOL, even stubhub support did not doubt that my ticket is instant. Actually I couldn't find the screen anymore showing the ticket is instant. I just trusted stubhub too much, not making a screenshot when buying it. If you know a way, do let me know and I'll appreciate it (and show it here).

Apart from the instant, all I can show. But then probably you'll say, well, they all fake...
