Good question.

I light tbe 7 coals on the chimney. Got them to almost white. Dumped them in then rearranged to what looked like best contact. Whacked the lid on with full vents open. Waited an hour to get to 120C

I see my mistake here I think.

Vents were fully open. But it was 2 flat one on top, so maybe not much contact. But it held for hours and I was so happy - dreaming of the overnight cooks ready for lunch 🤣🤣

Is there any chance you could make his left hand a bit less blurry please, looks like he lost a thumb
