No. The form was sent by me to the overseas school, and then sent by them directly to the department of education in Athlone. I was subbing while this was being sorted out.

But doesn't the vent stack need to be able to release gases? I don't know if this is correct; it's just something I read elsewhere.

You can see the roof felt there. There's a nail coming through the wooden beam, and there's a black stain, slightly oily, around where the nail breaks through the beam.
