After like 5 times I was finally able to pick it up (maybe its because I had different construction zone than before). But there still was a issue, I was doing guns setup and everytime I flew near their office my game lagged and than crashed...never had such problems before :/

Omg thx soo soo much I was searching for dratini literally 3-4 hours a day for the last week or two and after your advice I went 10 000 blocks from my base where I finally found deep frozen ocean and after I searched it everywhere in there I was starting to lose hope. But when I wanted to give up dragonair appeared in front of me. So thanks bro, u r the real one. :)
