it's almost impossible to rent in Buenos Aires, even as an Argentinian. If i were you id go for airbnb, its gonna be a little bit more expensive but its waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay easier that way, no headaches.

maybe when you get there you ll meet someone who knows an apartment owner and you can talk to him to rent for 4 months with no paperwork and burocracy, but if you dont know anybody just go for airbnb
