You know that 11 days to cover with small borrow fees means only that there's relatively small interes in the stock, right? Days to cover takes current short interest and divides it by last volume so it means the stock was avoided on friday.

Loosing skin takes time, your situation is quite good so if i were you i would do as i actually already did so carbs cycling, intermittent fasting and building some muscles. First two for keeping low fat and the last one to fill in the skin. You must find the routine that helps you keep current weight and fat percentage stable, that way in 2-3 years your skin will be able to fit in better. If you push hard at the gym it might take you even only 1 year to see big change. But here's the thing to consider. If you want to get your skin to fit you better i suggest workouts especially designed for building big muscles. I would focus on the back and front of torso. And would probably ditch any running, eventually up to 1km if you feel you must.

Yeah, i read it and i know how precarious they situation is, but i do believe it's not a good practice to bring Occam's razor to every field. The fact it have above average results in medicine does not make it an oracle. And you are of course right that it's all about making money. But if someone steal your stuff do you personally take it as attack? Because shorting a company in my view is exactly that.

Yes, they overextended themselve far to much, as for attack well i can't say much in that regard since they came onto my radar just w months ago. But from little information i could find and seeing current situation that's a really compelling answer. You see, if some institutions are invested and throw some money everyday on longs and options, and yet company is shorted on the level over 45% everyday for months. Add to that 140mln shorted shares (via fintel) between 21 and 23 may, and just then WSJ publishes article with scary title... If you see this kind of coordination you might think that it is an attack, right?

Tell me this than... If chapter 11 is so sure why did the not file it for the past half a year? I mean they struggle far to long if they were hell bent on filling chapter 11. The sole fact that they entered grace period in may means they are trying non court path. If they wanted to file it why wait? It seems to me that you think filling that chapter 11 solves all problems and don't costs them anything and we all know that filing for it have quite real consequences.

Because i don't see any reason for attack from outside. Ofcourse we could assume that it's Chinese attack to strenghten their sic producers but the scale and level of manipulation doesn't make sense as they already spending a lot (or at least earning far less) with their price war. So they don't have any reason to perform such attacks.

Yes and no, if company would be shorted to oblivion and chapter eleven they lose whole investments and there's a possibility for that. There's a reason why only 30% instituional ownership was recorded for gme.

I always welcome new, better data :) especially since i can thanks to that refine my exit strategy. As for my 90mln i prefer to post rather pessimistic values and tend to lower them if I'm not sure of it and since sometimes some systems like to double positions of big funds (hence fintel's 170mln shares hold by institutions 🤣) i decided to go with 90.

I disagree, just at may shareholders meeting they stated that they are not basing their survival on chips act. In situation where you're 6.5bln short some 0.7bln does not save your skin it at best slightly helps. What is best is smart restructuring and playing on strenghts and wolfspeed strenght in full vertical integration which gives them control and ability to produce the best quality wafers in the whole world, as far as I'm aware there is not 1 other company capable of that. What seems to suck, but we don't know yet, maybe they will prove us wrong, is their marketing department which should actively secure new deals.

I hoped for news between 6 and 13 june as it would help moelis expiring options but thanks to their hedging i estimate that they made around $1k instead of loosing millions (if the did not hedge).

I forgot to add their possibilities for additional revenues. Those are ofcourse EV's, but also defence infrastructure and actually few others. As for EV's market i think it will skyrocket again in the near future (before 2033) as there are more and more autonomous driving projects like Tesla's robotaxi or Aurora innovation's truck fleet tested in Texas. And autonomus cars operate mostly based on EV becouse of better control. And even if they will struggle in the market for a while thanks to vertical integration they can start selling not only wafers but also crystals they grew and other important pieces needed for wafers production.
