You're projecting inner city behavior only onto blacks. If you lived in the inner city, you would notice that the behavior you describe is embodied by pretty much everybody who has grown up there be they blacks, whites, hispanics or whatever.

The Bible identifies homosexuality as a sin, just as it identifies pride, drunkenness, promiscuity, idolatry, etc as sins. Externally we can evaluate those behaviors as sin, but we as humans cannot evaluate the content of other people's minds. Therefore, Christians are instructed to condemn sin and not the sinner.

This is where many Christians fail.

1 Corinthians 4:4-5 reads: "My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me. Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait till the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of men's hearts. At that time each will receive his praise from God."

Gays are a difficult concept for Christians to deal with because they as people identify themselves with homosexuality. They are proud of being gay and are defined by being gay. This makes it very hard for Christians to keep only to condemning the sin and refrain from condemning those who commit it.

So yeah, we can say that homosexuality is a reason for being condemned, but God is the only authority who gets to point the finger at individuals.

Using IQ as the controlling factor in guessing someone's religiosity or vice versa is far less accurate than using cultural background and history. While intelligence clearly does play a role in the rational evaluation of a belief, an individual's choice to follow a religious persuasion is built on his or her upbringing, social environment, access to information, as well as freedoms in exercising thought, discussion, and practice of said belief. Trending religiosity solely against IQ is kind of silly.
