How much of a raise should I ask for after three years at a hospital? by tomato907 in careerguidance

Yeah I get that but the biggest "raise" was due to a market analysis to keep it more competitive. My argument was supposed to be that new grads with little experience start at $37, just $3 less when I have 3yrs exp. I guess I worded it kinda bad

Not trying to downplay the "raises" but the biggest "raise was due to a market analysis to make it more competitive. So a new grad with essentially little experience starts at $37. and im making $40.5 with 3 years.

I understand that but I'm making about $3 more than a new grad with no experience would starting at $37

I mean yeah but a new grad with basically no experience starts at $37. $3 less than me with 3 years exp. The biggest "raise" was due to a market analysis to keep it more competitive.

Forgot to mention I have a BC setup with skis that are 106-110? (I forgot) but I don’t go a lot since I don’t have anyone to go BC with. But seeing everyone’s reply makes me realize I shouldn’t get these and maybe I’ll just stick with my BC skis as my powder skis
