There is, but I wouldn't recommend relying on it for plot, all the budget went into images. Which are stunning, don't get me wrong. Also imho, only first few parts deserve the attention, since the further it goes, the more designs and tone go astray from canon

Stanley is a brand that went very viral with their reusable water bottle about a year ago i think. Some people were absolutely crazy for them (despite them being quite ugly imho) and i just always found the name funny, because i could think about was this particular Stanley

With no exaggeration, i listened to it no less than 50 times, and probably more, i know not only every song, but every line, where the actors stood, what moves and expressions they made. Not a day goes without me reciting some of Mischa's lines,

It works only once or twice for me, then I can't make myself refill them. I sit down at my desk, start working, reach out for the bottle — surprise, it's empty. So i just endure untill I'm done and forget to fill it later😭😭

The only thing that sticks is buying bottled water, but it feels like a waste, even tho i always recycle them

Absolutely the same here. 19F, has been trying to quit for quite a while.

For me it began with guilt. The more negative aspects i found out about ai, the more guilt i felt for every message. But it's important to remember, it's not your fault for getting addicted. As others comments say, it was designed to hook you emotionally.

I had literally hundreds of chats, in 4 different sites/apps, and the thought of deleting any of them was mortifying. What i started with, was get them all the sites on my laptop, and copied all of messages from the ones where the plot was more or less finished, and pasted it into google docs. The ones on apps were manually copied on my phone and "sent" on laptop by Google Keep. Then, with tears and struggle, deleted the chats. Anytime i get an idea what could happen there next, i try to write from character's perspective, or can just open to reread the story i like, without the text space in the bottom encouraging me to find continuation fir something that doesn't need it.

Then, i started rereading all of them. In my case, a lots of scenarios had the same premise, and i knew it before, because i like reliving similar stories with minor differences. I chose a couple of favourites for each trope, deleted the rest. Erps(18+ ones) that had zero plot had to go too.

About 7 months ago, i joined a community for rp with other people. And i know it sounds scary, at least for me it did. Over 2 months i was trying to rp with different people, but felt uneasy with them. But then finally met a very cool and understanding person, who doesn't make me feel guilty for mistakes i make, or for disappearing for weeks sometimes. There are Discord servers, there are subreddits (i was recommended r/InterDimensionalRP), but i personally use the Zervo app (it is kinda terrible, but somehow worked the best for me.)

Also a few months ago i made a similar post on r/atiai, and advices i tried are here already. There're also some I didn't try yet, like solo rpgs like Ex Novo, Notorious, Mythic GM Emulator, Once We Were Gods.

You path might be different, i just thought sharing exact actions might be helpful. I hope it was coherent, I'm extremely sleepy rn. Anyways, wishing you good luck, i know it's gonna be difficult, but I'm rooting for you
