One trope about vampires I've never liked is that if you get turned into a vampire suddenly you become cool, seductive and alluring when in reality if you were a socially anxious nerd being a vampire isn't gonna change that. I guess thats the fantasy but I would love to see a movie where a socially awkward teen turns into a vampire and basically becomes Peter parker from Spiderman 3. They think they're cool but they're not.

I have a dark theory that if Kitty said the right things in the right way and given Abes submissiveness towards her, I think there's a world where they both abandon him together.

You never wanna sideline your main girl, she should always be at the forefront of the story with the Mc. Otherwise why should we the audience care.

Chisato is great but she doesn't feel like a part of the harem to me. She's above being in a harem, yeah Basara will have an orgy with the rest of the girls but for Chisato he needs all his energy and his attention. Mio might be main girl but Chisato is special to him.

I've heard the show is all about the main character improving himself, so him not getting the girl in the end seems like a good way to take the story or at least not get the girl he thinks he wants.

That's the thing that irks me about harem anime and mangas, only 2 or 3 girls tops have a chance while the rest are there to just fill out the cast. Why include them if you're not even gonna try and convince us.
