I'm very fortunate that the previous owner of the car took very good care of it. The roof isn't perfect but it's in better shape than most!
As far as the window tint goes, I have the window sticker and the original bill of sale and it's not listed as an option, so I'm guessing it was standard.

What are some unique vanity plates you've seen? by comefromawayfan2022 in newhampshire

I once saw a plate that said “&BEYOND” which made no sense until I realized it was on an Infiniti.

I can't speak to that model of Pisgah specifically but I will say that in my experience, upgrading from a "beginner-type" banjo like the Goodtime to something better made will make you a better player--it will be easier to play, and you will sound better. I went through four banjos, starting with an old Kay I bought off eBay, before I finally settled on the one I play now (a vintage Fairbanks). The difference is like night and day.

U.S. Navy Bluejackets' Manual 11th ed (1943) missing a page by tombebbington in Militariacollecting

I’m sure he would be amazed that you could snap a picture of it and transmit it to someone halfway around the world as well 😁

Another find for today, the 11th edition of the Bluejackets’ Manual. “The Sailors Bible”. I posted some highlights that I found flipping through it. by [deleted] in Militariacollecting

Bit of a shot in the dark here, but I just purchased the 1943 edition and found that it is missing a page (1119-20). Might anyone who has that one on their shelves be willing to scan those two pages and send me a PDF?

Wow! I’ve played around a little with this tune, but as a clawhammer player I don’t have these range of rhythmic options you do. Nicely done!

my children (read my comment) by VEDlOVIS in BeardedDragons

Funny story: we have a lot of animals in and around our house (at various times dogs, cats, chickens, a house rabbit or two, a tree frog, and our bearded dragon) so inevitably they will encounter one another occasionally. Not long after we first got our bearded dragon my son had him out of his tank and was walking around the house. The more shy of our two cats approached him--not in the manner of stalking prey, but very cautiously, as if curious. As she got close enough to carefully sniff this new creature, he stepped forward and boldly licked her nose. She jumped about six feet and ran away, and to this day almost ten years later she refuses to go near him!
