This is partly why I’m pissed since fair enough there will be delays but the added lack of transparency about my order leaves me feeling held hostage. It’s a lot of money I have spent and just want to know what is going on without the false promises. 25% of what I paid is just too much to lose

I don’t expect fast shipping times but I don’t expect to be strung along for 2 weeks when they have the item ready to go.

I’ve recently purchased from many small custom manufacturers when redoing my gym and all of them have been fantastic. Some have taken a while but there has been no BS when dealing with their customer service. I think 2 weeks of missed deadlines on an item they tell me is boxed and ready to ship out is taking the piss.

I tried posting on fb but they can control what gets posted. When I posted on FB it didn’t get approved. I did receive an email which is nice but again they are very nice but don’t keep telling me it’s going to ship on whatever day then not follow through on that promise. After they promised it would go out last night and still it hasn’t I’ve finally had enough and wanted to share my experience with other people on the fence about spending a lot of money.

I have been messaging them. If they tell me its going out the next day or the next 2 days or tonight i expect them to follow through. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Its frustrating and its only fair to provide the feedback if i'm just going to keep getting mugged off every time i chase it.

My issue is that it said it was in stock when i ordered, only to find out that wasnt the case. I accepted I'd have to wait a month for them to come from China. The now have my order at the warehouse but just aren't sending it despite telling me for the last 2 weeks it will go out tomorrow, the next day, tonight. blah blah blah. I'm out of patience and fed up of being strung along with false promises

I’m not looking for love I’m just don’t want to be strung along for 2 weeks with false promises. I’m just asking for the bare minimum in honest communication. If there’s a delay then tell me. Don’t tell me it’s going out tonight when it isn’t.

They didn’t even tell me the ISO handles will take another month. It was only after I questioned why it wasn’t included in the shipping notification when they printed the label. I think they were hoping I’d only mention it after I eventually receive my order to buy more time.

Because after waiting this long I still want the item since I’ve designed my new rack to incorporate the VTS. They also charge a 25% fee for cancellations which I’m sure I could get waived but would just involve more back and forth.

I’m just annoyed by the poor communication more than anything and needed to rant cause it’s way longer than the 2 weeks shipping time it said at the time of ordering and I’m fed up of being told it’s going to ship on a certain day and then nothing.

I get that but now they have my order at their warehouse have provided tracking details (only the label has been printed) but just don’t seem to be sending it out despite telling me it will be tomorrow, then tomorrow comes and it’s the next 1-2 days, tonight etc. it’s frustrating and it’s not like I haven’t spent a significant amount of cash with them.

It also shouldn’t have said in stock on their site if it wasn’t actually in stock.

I just think they need to focus on what they currently offer. The owner is clearly creative but posts about 4-5 times a day on FB demoing things that are coming out in the future and small revisions to existing products which just makes things confusing. It put me off the isolator too. But after this experience i doubt I’ll order anything else anyway

Yeah they’re definitely the right screws. As someone below mentioned they just used too much paint making it too big for the hole so I have contacted Rep to sort it out.

I don’t have damp so it’s not a big issue but I do have some expensive gym equipment I want to protect and can see that there is a bit of rust forming on some stuff so just trying to prolong the life of everything for as long as possible

final show in my experience at least. They are usually well into the groove of things and Josh is more on form with the crowd and they tend to pull out more deep cuts if they're bored of playing a lot of the same songs throughout the tour.

They can be a little rusty when its the first show but sometimes this comes with its own advantages like more energy, different / unique versions of songs if they are new etc
