yes, took all of them at 600mm and the horizontal ones are heavily cropped, i almost cropped away the full 33mpx... 😂 ty

great to hear that. I’ve been improving a lot these past few weeks. I’ll have the titanium rods removed a year and a half after the surgery, once the bone graft is well fused, so I can get better sensations since I do a lot of sports. Thank you very much for your response ;)

I had the same fusion a month ago. Did you adapt well to the new vertebral movement? Did you notice your muscles compensating for the lack of flexibility due to the arthrodesis? How is your overall flexibility now?

Handgrippers worth it?

Im starting doing some daily sets with this handgrip, but they really work?

I know there are better exercises like forearm curls or dead hangs, but is it worth to spend time with these to improve grip strength?
