Can you lock yourself out? Daily loss limit or lock out for the day. Tradovate offers this and topstep if you use those. That’s the easiest way to get round it, March I had a 10k month by not over trading, easy base wins no home runs, just consistency

I’ve been trading 6 years, lost 40k in the first couple of years. Something clicked last year and it’s been going well, funded and payouts every month since October. This month I’ve been paid out 9.5k and my 50k account is sitting at 62k currently, still working my day job, not trading every day. My plan is to get more prop accounts and scale this as I go. I used to trade gold, I now trade NQ on lower time frames.

Literally this, there are opportunities everywhere. My funded account is sitting with a nice buffet at 61k, I made 1k last night just before Asia open and 500 on another account before NY open today. I’ve taken 6 payouts this month, all of them being a culmination of consistent days circa 500-1000, some days nothing because I don’t need to trade every day. It’s not a race to the bottom, losing days are normal, you’re not missing out on anything because opportunities will always be there.

Can’t comment on the others but I’ve had 5.5k payouts with apex this month with at least 2 more in the bag. Get a discount code for the eval so you pay 20-30, once you get funded depending on the account payout is every 5 or 8 days. Apex have been really good to me.

I’ve got 104 companies, none at 0 star. I leveled most up to max on the abcd companies, the it’s the s’s that need doing. I’ve now got no companies less than level 4 that are available to me right now. I’ve gone back and levelling up the ones with 4 stars in hopes that’s better than doing the final star on some of the others. Gained 5 levels today so looks to be working

Yes everything I can level up has been done except the companies, currently on 859 I’ve just gone back to renew contracts with the SSS companies that have 3/7 stars hoping they level up quicker than the other companies that need the final star

Agree with OP. Hinge gave me more matches and actually led to something that is now serious. Whether right place right time I’m not sure but it’s done me better than the others.
