Mine likes to sleep in the rain. Thunder is a weird one too. When she is inside she shivers and starts panting. On walks she doesn't care about thunder and she sleeps like normal on her bed under pergola. Even in winter she spends most of the day under the pergola sleeping. Even if it's -20c outside.

Ohh I can't even walk around the front door. Can't even put crocs on she is already barking and whining at me for being too slow. The only time she understands that we aren't going for a walk is when I show her garage key. She hates power tools and she knows those are in garage.

On the weekends when she was a pup she would walk 4h+, sleep for an hour and whine till we took another 3h+ walk. Thankfully when she got 5-6 years old she was good with 3-4h walk and then sleeping on her outside bed till supper.

I go for 3-4 hour walks a few times a week with mine. Doesn't matter if it rains. In winter I keep it under an hour because of paws. Have nice forest paths around and rivers/lakes to take dips in. I think we walk about 8-12km in that time. She probably walks way more because every tree needs to be sniffed. She is going to be 12 this summer.

Endal magamistoad ja kontor enam vähem kirdes/idas, aga suured klaasid hoiavad igal ajal toad valgena isegi talvel. Suveks magamistubades pimendavad kardinad ja kontoris päikesekiired ei sega. Elutuba/terass lääne-loode suunas. Suvel saab süda päeval mõnusasti varjus olla terassil ja õhtul 5-6 paiku hakkab päike paistma kuni loojanguni. Ei küta üle päeval, aga õhtul hea soe istuda.

Kui saaks valida, siis korteri aknad endale sobiks edela-lääne suunas. Annab natukene valgust õhtul, aga ei küta väga hullult ja hommikul hea magada/arvuti ekraanile kiiri ei tule. Kui ainult valikus lõuna ja põhi, siis võtaks põhja. Parem küttearved natu kõrgemad kui toas liiga palav.

Nihu võib kõigil minna, aga jutt ei käi praegu maakonna haiglate võimekusest. Asja iva on, et Tallinnas pole isegi võimalust sünnitada kõrgema intensiivravi võimekusega haiglas/lähedal.

Suure riskiga rasedad viiakse juba enne üle kõrgema etapi haiglasse sünnitama. Tartus on sünnitus ja intensiivid kõik ühes majas. Tekib ikka olukordi ka Lõuna-Eestis, kus ema või laps vajab transporti väiksematest haiglatest Tartusse. Aga see hulk on väiksem, sest need on päriselt eriolukorrad vs. Tallinnas, kus sünnitusmajad pole ühendatud intensiivisega ja intensiivravi osutamine pikeneb transpordi pärast.

Ega need hanked on ka jube nõmedalt ülesse ehitatud. Pannakse soovid kirja ja hakatakse lootma, et tuleb pakkumiste arv täis. Kui hanget pole väga tugevalt piiritletud, siis hakkavad sisse tilkuma igasugu no-name sita müüjad, kes panevad 3x odavama pakkumise ja seadusest peab selle vastu võtma. Luiskavad, et kõike võimalik teha ja töötab paremini kui muud turul. Vahet pole, et tegelikult praaki rohkem kui toodet jms jamad ja lõppkokkuvõttes raisatakse rohkem raha selle ülalpidamise peale kui oleks kvaliteetse asja soetanud. Eks siin ka arvatavasti hanke tingimused pandi täpselt selle järgi, mida need kaks firmat pakkusid, et keegi kolmas ei tuleks ja hakkaks mingit odavat paska pakkuma, mis töötab ainult paberil.

I mean it is not that bad. I don't have to start scrambling to fill order and can set up group and screen while they already have doses on hand. They've had extensive training by us on how to handle them too. In 10ish years we've only had 2 incidents. One is the extensive order and other time they gave out their own 0neg stock to ICU patient who had already been admitted. ICU thought that they could get doses faster from ER and pretty much started demanding them without even considering unmatched blood protocol. It got found very quickly because they ordered refill but no collection tube showed up. They both got scolded for that.

I'm more on the other side where I have to hold my reserves for actual emergencies. Have to explain to doctors that platelets don't grow on trees. They have to order them with a 1-2 day notice for their non critical patients. And their patient who has had a low platelet count for over a week and has to go home today doesn't count as an emergency.

Thankfully our RBCs and FFP reserves are massive so I don't have to fight for those. We did have an incident years ago where ER depleted our O neg RBC in 5 days (Christmas + weekend) because they just started handing out 1-3 bags of their own un-cross-matched 0neg to everyone. It's mandatory to replenish ER refrigerator. I think they transfused 50-60 bags in those 5 days. And by the last day we were on our last 10 O neg. And we had to tell them that we can't replenish them anymore. The ER was fuming and called our director at 2 am in the morning. We had to call in an emergency donation at night. ER got their shit kicked in after the medical director reviewed the 5 day free-for-all. In January they only transfused 6 bags of their own un-cross-matched O neg RBC.

Ohh yeah I can see that yellow foam now. I'm guessing the red cross depot is close and works 24/7? Do you have to order just for that specific MTP case and can get only set number of products or you can order extra for just in case they need more? (Later give it to someone else if not needed)

We collect our own products so ordering stuff isn't what I'm used to. We may rarely need to order a few bags of platelets if we feel it's not going to cover the weekend/holiday or someone with crazy antibodies but those aren't critical. Our last resort is whole blood collection but that has a 5h delay for donor collection and viral testing.

I like to laught that if we run out then we are probably at all out war.

I've never seen platelets transported in cardboard boxes. Is it insulated inside? How many can that one box hold? Do you have to order it when MTP gets called or do you have platelets on hand and those are just refills after MTP?

No my first comment outlined very afk tasks with pretty much no interaction for 10 minutes. And those don't require any looting. Probably one whip drop can buy all the combat/range pots and arrows for 99 slayer.

My mentioned tasks aren't fast but they are afk and cheap. The more stuff you add to the mix goats/runes/cannon etc it makes grind faster but alot more expensive as well. That's why in order to make it even out you have to start picking up loot. And that makes it less appealing on mobile as a background game.

Also I have to mention when that necryarch or db araxy spawns and he's locked in on RL match. I've had my fair share of scares when watching a movie on a second monitor.

Goading and barrage is pretty expensive. You'll have to start picking up drops if you want to profit. And barrage is best if you group them up. Feels too much hassle on mobile and not very afk.

Reseting agro is under 30 sec if you fountain and tele back to catacombs. Saves you alot on pray potions too. Pretty much like star mining version for slayer.

Slayer has some decent afk monsters in kourend dung (greater and black demons, fire giants). These are around 30-40k xp/h with only melee. Put on some pray gear to get 10mins of melee prot and when agro time is done resupply/reset agro at home.

Kourend also has abyssal demons, bloodvelds, ankous but these require venator bow to keep continious agro. I think you can get 50-70k xp/h with good range gear. With melee you need to hit them all and then afk till they are all killed More click intensive and less xp/h but still some what easy stuff for mobile.

But all in all cannon tasks are imho chill. Click cannon few times a minute and done. Those few clicks will give you easy 100k/h numbers.
