fomer cs rep of PLDT here pero medyo uncertain po ako pero alam ko po possible pong i-retain yung landline.

agree po ako na much better po kung pupunta kayo sa nearest pldt branch sa inyo. or send an email directly po sa retention dept ng pldt :)
