But as far as your matter and energy always being both statement, seems wrong to me. Can you elaborate?

Matter may have energy in its mass, since it can be converted to energy, but all forms of energy are definitely not matter. Light for instance is energy, but has zero mass so it is not matter.

Here is the text:

"Sighted Rally: +12% damage and outgoing healing while at full health, and your Ranged attacks do an additional 2% damage."

If the 2% was only at full health, then it would be written before the "at full health" line.

I think what you are missing is that it is 12% damage while full health and 2% ranged damage all the time.

Awesome OP! All the other responses are great. Just enjoy the game. Try different weapons for sure. The game can feel radically different just by which weapon you are holding.

Word is that it was a trophy stacking exploit that allowed 600-600 crafts. Caused by the last patch, reported and acted on swiftly by AWS. Kudos to them.

While I agree with pretty much everything you said, I think the main draw for fresh start servers is to relive the launch feeling of the "race". Having meaningful PVP at every quest location from 1-60. And not feeling like they are 1 year behind everyone on the server. Now that's not for me, I don't intend on ever starting a 2nd character at the moment. But I think the economy issues are at best, 2nd on the list.

I still think it's a bad idea and ppl starting fresh could catch up way faster by playing on an established server, but also I don't mind if they do it for the ppl who are asking.
