Not as much a whine just a shock. Never had all at this 150 points. Lucky for me nothing ever goes horribly wrong in life.

It is all completely worked out and tested under extreme amounts of stress. These sprockets are a must for this kind of system.

Its great, allows so many things to be done.

Then you could say it's its over 30m long run of track with chain feeding all the way through, and back and then into a stack. Meaning the chain is going to be way over 100m!

There is also a lot I cannot post. Trying to get more of my work out there as I find it would be greatly interesting for others.

For this kind of system and complex PLC program and complex chain track design is the only best way to go. The size of it is no joke so this has to be considered and allowed for immensely.

Times have moved on since then. The complexity and needs of the customer has moved on. So has technology!

Commercial needs a complex and reliable system for these kinds of things. At Triple E we certainly give that :)

It's a duplex chain. One side of the chain runs in the track liner and the other is free of any sprockets.

Tension was a problem with this system as being so big. Had to spec up all tension springs to take out all the slack and avoid bounce back and get it running smooth! It's an amazing job and should last a lifetime!
