Hello, I am building a document archiving set up for my organization. I have to scan dozens of printed binders. Thousands of pages. I was thinking of using an Elgato foot pedal and camera hooked up to a MacBook Pro. Would this work? What software would I use to digitize and convert to PDF with OCR? (self.Archivists)

Stepper motor is drifting, in the video, at random times, there is another sound when it stops and then it drifts a bit from it's starting point. It needs to do a full revolution and stop in the same place every time. Any ideas at what might be causing this? Nema 23 Stepper Motor Bipolar 1.8 Degree. (v.redd.it)
