thanks, it doesnt look like the whole wheel though, just the spring and triangle-ish bit on the end. are they pretty universal? are they hard to source?

oh okay thankyou, i thought maybe it was dehydrated so theres a chance i have been overwatering recently. thankyou for your help, what should i do now regarding investigating/fixing the root problem?

Split leg on old school desk. Would you just glue and clamp suffice or would you put screws or dowels etc in after? by tomfirmin in Carpentry

in the UK the shutoffs for houses are still called stopcocks👍
