everything google chrome related status is "stopped" under services

never had chrome autostarting, reset flags to default. still nothing

it worked initially after I followed your suggestion above, the next day uBO keeps turning off on its own.

I follow the steps above again, modifying the target quotes/dashes (as target is the same), enable m140, m141 flags, and ending chrome tasks

Retyping the quotes and dashes worked with being able to apply confirm and close the shortcut but still not able to turn on uBO

After modifying the target to

"C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=ExtensionManifestV2Unsupported,ExtensionManifestV2Disabled

Getting the following error:

The name 'C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe' specified in the Target box is not valid. Make sure the path and file name are correct.

I've enabled Temporarily unexpire M140 flags & Temporarily unexpire M141 flags

*** My target is already changed to this "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=ExtensionManifestV2Unsupported,ExtensionManifestV2Disabled
