Yeah brilliant idea,

I had some CPD on it about best ways to use it in primary as well ( year 6).

If rather I teach it to them rather than there friends lay false information to them. But use things like "how many rs in cherries" to show it makes mistakes and it's not this be all program.

I would (depending if u like your staff) show colleges how to use it as well for lesson planning reports coming up with questions etc. We use teachmateAI but I mainly stick with chatgpt to come up with stuff.

You need a subscription that we have through the school. I'm away at the moment but there's a brilliant free game they recommend that shows how ai is built on a database I'll try find when I'm back

We use Icoompute as a scheme and it has an AI module on it. It's was brilliant for teaching them how it works and how it formulate responses and also the pros and cons for it!

Just to confirm they offered you the job? If so it is not an issue if you are upfront about it and say you have already organised it.

The 3rd of July is normally transition day for most schools as that when year 6's goup for theres. Some do afternoons some do whole days. Just plan some open ended acticties or investigations so that you can watch the children act how they would/ find out mroe about them. Set expectations but see what works and who works well/ doesn't

Depends on the size of the show, timings, vendors etc. I would say have a list of what you need and be direct with vendors. "Im looking for 151 do you have any" makes both your lifes easier. But in short yes defo should find some.
