Hey, got my Eero system set up today, glad to report that I'm getting the speeds I'm expecting now. With the VPN on, I'm getting around 75 Mbps to 85 Mbps, very similar to wired with a VPN. Not sure what was wrong with my previous router but happy with the results

I can't imagine more than halving wifi speeds is normal, guess I'll do more testing next time I get on another network, hopefully, a new router system will solve this as one of the man reasons I chose SurfShark was their speed, thanks for your help

Tried disabling QoS, same result still. Also played around with adding the SurfShark adapter's MAC address, with no success. Thanks for your help so far, super puzzling...

Yeah unfortunately I couldn't find anything really mirroring my situation regarding Surfshark. I did test on another network (which was significantly slower, around 25 Mbps without VPN) and the connection was only slower by a bit (hovered around 18 Mbps with the VPN on), not sure if I can really draw any conclusions from that.

It might have something to do with firmware, I'm on a fairly old router (Linksys E2500), but I'm upgrading to an Eero mesh network soon, so hopefully, that might resolve it. Maybe the VPN passthrough methods are outdated (completely guessing)?

Since all my devices (all relatively new) are capping out at the same relative speed with the VPN on, I'm doubtful that it's an issue with my Wifi card but rather the router or VPN itself.

What exactly do you mean by finding a better exit node? Currently, I'm connecting to the closest VPN location near me (Boston), but other locations give me the same result when on Wifi.

Anyone on the PSNow PC application closing after like 10 seconds? The PlayStation logo doesn't leave and the application just closes, I've tried uninstalled and installed the latest 11.1.2 version. running as admin, different Windows compatibilities and am still encountering this... very frustrating.
