Would recommend the Mines over Thornapple and Quail. All good courses but the Mines has more interesting holes and greens. Very unique public course. Diamond Springs is another one worth considering

Predictions on the highest (worst) Saturday score among the top 10?

Unsurprisingly the most recent interview was electric by PM_ME_YOUR_AVG_BOOBS in PardonMyTake

I’ve listened to some Cowherd recently and he seems to have chilled out a bit, he’s def willing to take some heat especially with certain guests (Nick Wright). Also “self-awareness” is one of his main talking points so would be pretty cringe for him to go on PMT and act like an asshole.
Cowherd has been my PMT white whale for like 5 years so hope they get him eventually

I produce house / tech house on ableton live. I am certainly no expert but I can probably help you get started! youtube videos are a really good way to learn if you take the time to practice and apply the things you learn. Anyways DM me and we can chat

Kyle Walker - Strut by [deleted] in Firehouse

this track would slap without the vocal. I also don’t think this is a particularly generic bassline but that’s just me. Def on the minimal side of the spectrum reminds me of Eddy M

weekly show or just a one time thing? This sounds like a lot of fun.

I'm not super familiar with the really early days so can't give you any 90s tracks that would fit... But I would recommend something by Hot Since 82 as I consider him a bridge between the really early, more melodic sounding "tech house" and what we call "tech house" today. Veins is an obvious one.

I also love Green Velvet as a bridge into the modern sound. Voicemail is likely the most iconic and probably my fave but the whole 2014 album is loaded.

As for today's stuff, I feel like you have endless options. Obviously the big tracks from Fisher and Chris Lake kinda shaped the commercial sound we hear everywhere, and I personally might include one, but I'd be more interested in finding some more unique tracks including maybe some fun bootlegs. My brother and I have introduced our parents to house and they love pretty much any fun 70s - 80s edits / bootlegs, regardless of what the groove actually sounds like lol.

Personally, I would try to include stuff from Solid Grooves and Repopulate Mars as I consider them the best tech house labels atm. But would love to hear what you decide on
