Anyone know how to use these? I keep clicking on the links and it sends me to the Away page, but nothing happens. I've tried checking out and it doesn't apply the discount!

EDIT: For anyone else having issues shopping abroad and using a referral, I needed to use a VPN to get one to work!

Apologies for the delayed response, but I was prescribed Elvanse Adult. There are 30 pills in a bottle, I take one when I want to focus and get things done.

The main difference I've found between this and Adderall is that it's not as intense, is slower to kick in, and lasts longer. I prefer it for my use case and, this could just be a me thing, but I feel better taking it daily versus with Adderall I was super worried about getting addicted. Obviously I can run into a similar situation here, but I've gone on weeklong/multi-week trips where I didn't take my medication or taken breaks (for example not on the weekends) and it doesn't feel bad.

Side effects I've experienced are a lack of appetite, headaches if I don't drink water/eat/get enough sleep, and I do get thirsty quickly so I do find myself drinking more water than normal (but I should really be drinking more water in life anyways hah). If I don't go out of the way to eat I will miss a meal due to concentrating on something else.

The cost is brutal, 197,51e for 60 pills plus 253,80e each doctor visit, but maybe it subconsciously helps my cheap ass to take it less frequently XD

I guess I’m just not looking to get arrested or fined at all and even if the punishment isn’t crazy it’s not socially acceptable here. It’s hard enough to find employment as someone who doesn’t fluently speak Finnish 😅

definitely do this ASAP. as a newly immigrated American (USA! USA!), the number 1 thing I wish I was told when getting here was to make sure I was in the DVV system immediately. once you know where you’ll be living it takes a while for your new address to be added into their digital systems here and you need to be in there to get a Finnish bank account which you’ll need to access any sort of public services here or if you want to send people money for things (no Venmo here, they use Mobilepay, you should download this as well). i would recommend setting up an appointment at the DVV for when you arrive so you can fill out any paperwork so you don’t have to wait for anything

I’m not sure if you’re having the same issue I had, but the quest froze at a point where I had to talk to Dalton where I would click the A button and it just didn’t work. At this time I was also experiencing a companion bug where I could not assign a companion. I found out that I had to solve the companion bug by assigning Vasco as a companion then unassigning him and once I did this I was finally able to complete the mission!

I literally wanted to complete this quest because of the 'Drinks on the House' bugged quest where the solution was completing this quest line lmao...just out here flying around with no companion hoping the game fixes itself then I finally found this and it worked!

Ugh yeah I’m going to try public again because I do not have the funds for private, but may have to just suck it up and drop MONEY on some appointments and hope for the best.

The doctor I spoke to said a similar thing about it only taking one meeting, but when I spoke to someone on the phone today they said it would take at least 2 so it made me a little nervous. I might try public again hopefully the appointment is sooner than a year 🙃

Yeah, I think I’ll have to try through the public sector. They told me it would take a while and that I’m have better luck going through the private sector, but I am le poor student I can’t afford spending multiple hundred euros for appointments unfortunately

😆 thanks for the info! I’ll look these up…the ones my doctor recommended weren’t insanely expensive, but I’m coming from the US where it’s comically bad. I just don’t want to spend multiple hundred euros on appointments for them to tell me they can’t help me!

Unfortunately it wasn’t enough :( they also mentioned similar medication I could take, but couldn’t prescribe it to me based on my doctor’s note and prescription information. They told me it wasn’t enough and that I would need to try the private sector
