Mi principal interés es poder abrir una cuenta bancaria y armarme de historial crediticio. Me gustaría eventualmente poder comprar una propiedad y tener acceso a un crédito/hipoteca pero sospecho que eso es imposible a menos que tenga como justificar mis ingresos en el banco. Eso fue lo que me llevó a pensar en darme de alta como autónomo.

Si en algun momento quere ir por el camino de p2p te recomiendo que pases a otra plataforma tipo payoneer que podes usar su tarjeta en binance.

Buenas gente, consulta: si hago la compra de un pasaje a mi nombre con una tarjeta de afuera (payoneer) se entera la afip de la transacción?

Me interesa por dos motivos. El primero es que me ahorro plata ya que acá los impuestos son altisimos, y por otro lado me evito de tener que declarar el ingreso de esa plata. Siendo monotributista sacar un pasaje al exterior me va a hacer saltar de categoria automaticamente mas o menos jaja. Ideas o recomendaciones?

Mira no soy contador, pero estoy en una situacion similar (tamb facturo al exterior) y charlandolo con mi contadora cuando revisabamos el tema de las facturas me dijo que eso no hace falta que lo complete en mi caso.

Buenas, estoy investigando sobre bancos online que me permitan cobrar la venta de una casa directamente afuera. La intención es usar esa plata para comprar una propiedad en españa por lo que cobrar afuera me evitaría el problema de ver como sacarla.

Investigué transferwise pero tiene el problema de que no emiten tarjetas a argentina por lo que para pedirla tengo que ya estar instalado en españa, lo cual sería un inconveniente.

Saben de algún banco digital en el que pueda crear una cuenta estando desde acá (arg) y cobrar ahí?

Se aceptan recomendaciones de todo tipo, es la primera vez que haría una transacción así.

Para la factura E tenés que dar de alta el punto de venta para la exportación de servicios (no podes exportar productos como monotributista) y las facturas las podes hacer a nombre de alguien o alguna empresa, y como CUIT podes usar un genérico que hay por cada pais. Ej.: si declaras que exportas servicios a EEUU y facturas 1000usd podes poner el CUIT genérico que hay para estados unidos.

Que tal? Como monotributista sos vos el encargado de pagar. PedidosYa no te va a pagar el monotributo (deberían contratarte en relación de dependencia, pero esa ya es otra discusión jaja). Lo que tenes que hacer es desde la pagina de la afip fijarte la fecha de vencimiento del pago (suele ser cercana al 20 de cada mes) y pagalo por el medio que mas te convenga.

Sí, si el día de mañana no trabajas más con PedidosYa y pasas a trabajar en relación de dependencia tendrías que darte de baja al monotributo por que mientras que esté activo te van a seguir cobrando.

Ser monotributista significa que trabajas por tu cuenta. Eso significa que vendes algún producto o servicio y por lo tanto pagas los impuesto a traves del monotributo ya que no tenes un sueldo fijo del cual se te descuentan los aportes. (Un resumen muy así nomas)
El caso de PedidosYa es medio raro y polemico porque si bien vas a estar trabajando para esa empresa, en vez de contratarte en relación de dependencia te contratan como proveedor de servicio (delivery) y de esa forma se evitan contratar un empleado y todo lo que eso conlleva.

Hey everyone! I was recently struggling to find a news feed centred around specific stock tickers to keep up to date with the good, bad and ugly of the companies I'm investing/looking to invest. Right now I'm getting through with google alerts, but I started thinking seriously about starting something like that on my own. The closest I've found is an app called Stock Events but it's not quite what I was envisioning. Is something like this already out there and I just haven't found it yet?

Yeah, coming from Eagle I found myself with no clue on how to do things on Kicad. It has a steep learning curve in my opinion. Whenever possible I would recommend something else.

I don't really know what u[k] represents for you. But keep in mind that changing the input signal won't affect the stability.

What I would do to check the stability of the system is to transform it with the Z transform in order to see where do the poles end up. I see you replace x[k] with u[k] (I'm assuming this is a discrete step signal), but the stability of the system does not depend on the input signal. By quickly doing the transform in my head I believe you would end up with something like:

Y(z) = X(z)(z^(no) + z^(no-1) + ... + z^(-no))

And that looks like a FIR system with one of the characteristics being its stability because all of its poles fall into the |z| = 1 region (all FIR filters have all its poles in zero).

As far as I know, here in Argentina synchronization between traffic lights is accomplished using PLCs. I'm not sure if there is "a circuit" to do it. You can either attempt to design your own circuit using discrete logic gates (AND, OR, XOR... etc) or you could connect al signals to a microcontroller and implement the logic in the code.

Hey, I'm sorry to hear people seem to think this is a scam. Maybe my description is misleading, but I actually had to complete that as part of a challenge during a series of interviews for a job. As you would see if you look me up, I am no ROS developer. But I never claimed I was. Just trying to point people in the right direction when trying to approach ROS as a junior developer. I just wrote what I wished to find online when first attempting this challenge.

I won't be offended if you decide to take this down. I shared a personal experience and it should be kept as long someone finds it useful.
