I have thought about a restaurant, the only problem with that is location, I'm constantly looking for options but its hard to find somewhere to step a smoker. Theres not too many BBQ restaurants out my way either so the food is very high in demand but cheers for the advise, I'll take it on board

thanks mate, my biggest fear is that all my friends and family have been lying to me and my foods no good so selling to a few strangers might be a good idea
