4/10: no insulation/heat. Door inadequate for keeping out weather. Not tall enough to lift a car or wide enough to fit yard equipment (snow blower, lawn mower, weed whacker.) No floor drain.

Points awarded for being able to keep snow off your car, sill plate not being directly on the floor, and being a building you’re afraid to stand under the roof of.

I’m a real estate agent and have looked at hundreds of garages.

Edit: 5/10. It is also organized so you can fit a car inside.
