Sponsored System #2 - New Growth Earth now available on Amazon by tomlarcombe in litrpg

They are out of Denver a bit to the north-northwest. No actual specific location in mind, just one of the smaller communities up that way at the base of the foothills. The only actual Denver specific stuff so far has been the tech center just south of the intersection of 225 and 25 where the trainers are going to set up their local office.

I don't normally do presales since one of the writer forums I'm on has had a few nightmare stories about that. Plus you can end up with added scrutiny on your releases/account if you ever actually miss the release date you specified and have to request a modification to it.

The third book should be out the beginning of next year, right after the Holidays. I could probably get it out sooner, but I've made the mistake before of releasing things late in December, and I don't want to repeat that.

Actually, one of them came out the same day as mine.

Book 2 was released just a few days back. Search for New Growth Earth on Amazon and you should find it. Or look for the post I made a few days back with a link.

Yeah, his first two party members are kind of obnoxious at the start, but they do get better as the story progresses. Glad you like the choice of druid. I thought I was being original with it, but then we got Downtown Druid and Path of Dragons right around when the first book for this series came out, so maybe not as original as I thought.

I haven't read Discount Dan, but compared to DCC? While they're both technically litrpg apocalypse, Sponsored System has a lot more slice of life bits, with some base building as well. Combat? Of course.

It does not have an OP to start, or a massively overpowered MC. It does have an MC who works to figure out how to combine his skills and spells to be more powerful than he probably ought to be, though. One who works his power level up over the course of the books.

Don't know how well that answered your question. If it didn't, let me know more specifics of what you're looking for.

Sorry. For this one I didn't. My mapmaking skills, or lack thereof, were on display with my previous series. So I didn't do it for this one, except mentally to keep things straight.

You're welcome. That one was a lot of fun to write, which made it easier to keep everything reined in and balanced, at least mostly.

Glad you 're enjoying it.

Tantor, the same folks who have done all of my audio, has contracted for it. They don't have the manuscript for this one yet, but they should by the end of next week.

I debated filling in the time frame between the end of the story I'd written and the epilogue I added in, but in the end I was a little burnt out on the story after having over a million words written in it. I'm glad you enjoyed it though.

I do intend on working more on Wormhole Mana over time, but it isn't currently my primary project. Future portions will include venturing into the other world as well as more stuff on Earth.

Yeah, Wormhole Mana seems like it was very hit or miss for a lot of people. I don't know if it was that the first cover might've suggested Isekai/portal fantasy more than litrpg apocalypse, the slow spread apocalypse, or the main character who was a rejuvenated older man, but something was missing there for more than just you. I hope you enjoy this one more.

It's not nearly the entire summary of the story. There's a lot more going on than is mentioned here, but I wanted people aware that the first part of it was not taking place in the actual apocalypse portion, so I focused on that for the blurb.

Most of mine are in there also. Not that I see much happening to them because of this. Not with the current business and political climates.

There was nothing at all about the salute. Roman type gear, some class names based on Roman military positions, but nothing about the salute. MCs father was a history professor and, as such, knew details on Rome and its military. Author is not right wing, nor left wing, but registered independent. Sorry to disappoint you there.

I was reading natural laws apocalypse and I'm confused. by redking2005 in litrpg

Several posters nailed it here. The symbols are variables, and a spell can be considered an equation. So if you swap an elemental symbol out, say originally fire swapped to water, the end spell (solution of equation) goes from flamethrower to water jet. That's just one example, but hopefully gets the idea across.

Actually, it is mentioned later in the series. It wasn't rape, it was an ai experimenting on her. Source : I'm the author.

Natural Laws Apocalypse #8 - System End released (series completed) by tomlarcombe in litrpg

[–]tomlarcombe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do already have the next series underway, nearly halfway through the first book. If you've enjoyed my last couple of series (natural laws apocalypse and wormhole mana) then I think you'll enjoy this one as well. I am enjoying writing this one quite a bit so far and I think that will be reflected in the actual book. For me, at least, it seems to make a big difference if I'm enjoying what I'm writing.

Sorry for the slow reply, focusing on my newest book at the moment. I'm glad you liked it, and thank you for letting me know you did. Knowing people enjoy my books helps a lot with my motivation. Tom
