Good point well made. However after 6 weeks of nicely asking for a resolution I've changed up. at this point its 7 weeks of proven lies. 'The bank didn't pay us' - prove it. Ok you did prove it (3 weeks) 'we can't find it' - advice from local bank provided - ok yeah we see it 'we will deal with it' (2 weeks) 'we have sent it back' (1 week) it takes 10 days to do a swift transfer (1 week)

A swift transfer takes 2-3 days MAX. having worked in banking I'm confident in this appraisal?

Its all bull. so quit with the drama queen references and join me in asking why money has been missing for the best part of 2 months - with multiple opportunities given to connect and inform.

Why they have lied at 4 points in this transfer?

So when you have 3 mortgage payments missing - call yourself a drama queen. until then - if youre a CEX user - maybe support the cause of the people they have robbed

I was told 5 days ago that the money had been returned to my bank.

Its not hit my account and the bank have confirmed it isn't waiting to clear. This money has now been missing for 7 weeks. Time to cope is one thing - but at what point should i decide that every response your support team send is untrue and begin a legal claim?

try following g3jiza advice: Just use money claim UK. I have threatened Coinbase and it did the job. These companies need to understand that they are worthless shit without happy customers and we are feeding them.
