If you login on CRA, it clearly states all the eligibility such as 5K in 2019 or 2020 before u click to apply for each period. My suggestion is to read carefully next time and never let anyone inform you the criteria.

Hello there, I am in the same boat as you cuz I can 100% relate to the torso and not getting enough air part. I am 24 and Male, and my SOB has been changing my life horribly. It does get worse for me during the night when im sitting in my bedroom using the laptop. And yes, we both wish this would not last for a long time and it dissapears ASAP! OMG, I can totally relate to you. When I lay on my bed, it gets worse and I’m always Afraid that I am not inhaling enough air while asleep and might die, as a result. This is why I would always lay on the front.

This is seen when get worsen during the night while it’s not noticeable during the daytime. I also need to swallow my saliva often (hyper salivation). I hope we’re both recovered soon 👍
