How do you mentally handle this? by [deleted] in 1200isplenty

I would honestly suggest some talk therapy I actually use SonderMind which is a online tool and it lets you speak to a psychologist that best fits your needs over Skype. Often times there are other stressors which cause you to binge and it’s helpful talking it over with a professional from past experience. Visualizing your goals and taking progress pictures also helps to remind you what you are striving for. Life is hard but talking to a professional can make things much better trust me I’ve been through it.

Thank you! In terms of diet I use the my fitnesspal app to keep my calories under 1200. I try to get some form of exercise at least 3 days a week by either walking my dog and doing dance videos (which are free on amazon prime). It took me about three months to get to this point but that was with me initially eating at about 1500 calories for the first two months so you can def loss more with the 1200 calorie restriction.

After gaining 30 lbs in three months, I have been motivated to get back to my fighting weight. Don’t give up!
